Trey Halbert CEO

Stacey AikmanDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & TALENT
Stacey entered her benefits career in 1998 working as the Executive Assistant to the owner of a boutique insurance agency in Austin. Not one to pass on a challenge, she was promoted within 6 months to an Account Manager over small groups. With her passion for customer service and building relationship with her clients, she quickly became a favorite among her colleagues and employers.
In 2000 the opportunity to take on a new challenge came when she was hired to manage 2000+ accounts for a Section 125 administrator. She was responsible for claims management, account audits as well as annual required discrimination testing. Stacey was highly regarded as the “go-to girl” for clients and brokers in all aspects of this IRS regulated plan. In her 10-years she added to her responsibilities with COBRA administration and compliance, SPD and Wrap Documents. Eventually became Texas Division Manager of the firm and was responsible for all daily operations and management of the staff.

As the Executive Vice President, Cliff is responsible for client deliverables including cost-containment strategies, world-class experience, optimization and administration, partnership and vendor management. Klara WhiteSENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
In April of 2000, Klara began her benefit services career at a local firm in Austin, TX as an internal client service associate (Benefit Advocacy). Klara’s incredible work ethic, infectious personality, and “glass 3/4 full” attitude quickly made her a fan favorite amongst the client base and fellow associates. These attributes led to rapid promotions and more in-depth roles including financial analytics, management reporting, marketing and eventually account management.
Since 2007, Klara has overseen funding methodologies, financial analytics, claims resolutions, communications and project management for large group accounts. Klara also has an extensive background in merger, acquisition and divestiture projects. With more than 19 years in the industry, she is highly regarded as the consummate service professional. Christina Buzan SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
In April of 2007, Christina began her career in the employee benefits industry and has spanned multiple departments, responsibilities, and roles including communications (developing open enrollment deliverables, benefits guides, benefit surveys, and ad-hoc projects). Christina has also managed the marketing/claims reporting (Request for Proposal process, carrier negotiations, claims utilization, and financial analysis) and most recently account management.
Within each position, her desire and ability to provide excellent results, as well as her utilization of productive communication skills, has enabled her to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with multiple team members.
